As you can see they're teeth had been formed well and whitened and this is the magic of photoshop editing. I only used the clone stamp tool and the dodge tool for these pictures to look more nicer. Actually in cloning the teeth its a matter of trial and error because you would want the perfect look and copy of the teeth so it depends on your satisfaction whether its ok for you.
