Photoshop #3:Sketch Effect

This is a picture of liberty and the thing here is that I tried to make the original picture looks like a drawn picture using pencil or some color pen. The photoshop has a lot of things that can do like some thing like this. If you are expert in using the photoshop you will see and know that photoshop has a really lots of things that can be edited.
