This picture is a picture of Venice then the sky is edited and as shown here its like a dark day in Venice. Actually there are two pictures here combine as one and that is called photomontaging.

And now this is my own version of that tutorial I got a picture of a building and a tornado. The two pictures are combined and now looks as one picture.
This kind of effect takes time and concentration. You should have the imagination of the two pictures how will it look like if its than. I like here in this kind of effect is that both picture blend each other eventhough the original of those two are different as of its brightness and contrast.
